Malala Yousafzai Elementary

Malala Yousafzai Elementary School (MYE), located at 11770 W. Aliana Trace Dr., Richmond, TX 77407, is part of the Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD). The school opened its doors in 2019 with a mission to “Lead and Empower students to Achieve their Purpose,” encapsulated in the acronym LEAP.

Named after the youngest Nobel Prize laureate, Malala Yousafzai, the school is reportedly the only one in the United States bearing her name.
